Return & Refund Policy

Any inquiry about  the products or service, please feel free to contact us.

1. For any defective products as the below cases:

  • Wrong item
  • Get lost during shipping.
  • Damaged/ defective products

What should you do? Send us a email to support@delightgraphic.com and include the following information (this is required):

  • Your order/invoice ID
  • In case you get a wrong item/ damaged item please send us a picture of the item you received.

We will deal with your problem in 24 hours, reship or issue a refund according to your requirements. And you don't need to ship back the package.

Your refund will automatically be applied to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. (As usual, customer will receive the refund to your Paypal balance in one business day and in 14 business days to your credit card.)

2. Since all the orders are sent to printing one by one. 

  • We aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Pease kindly check the size and color before check out.
  • We cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of incorrect destination information.
  • Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since the day you receive the products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
